This is what I do…except instead of mouse stem cells, I’m using chicken embryonic stem cells. All of the dyes mentioned are for simple identification purposes of stem cells (minus the blue stain which stains any cell with a nucleus—DAPI staining). I go a step further and actually view stem cells signaling each other in the developing brain. This is why I moved to Texas…minus stupid manipulative thundercunts.Neurotoxicity
