So, it’s been a while since I had a “for-real” update on tumblr (aside from changing “o’s” in words to “hew’s” to make the words read at a lower pitch.
Things couldn’t be better in all seriousness. I’m doing a whole mess of neurological research, I’m dating an amazingly kick-ass lady, and I’m moving in a month so I get to have a kitten.
A few weeks back I went on a nice drive to West Texas and camped out in Big Bend National Park as well as Ft. Davis. West Texas definitely turned out to be the Texas i was looking for as far as stereotypical Texas landscape goes (deserts, desert mountains, armadillos and whatnot).
I’m looking into purchasing a new guitar. I played a show a couple of weeks ago using a guitar that belonged to someone else. The show went really well and built my confidence back up as far as playing alone in front of a whole mess of people goes.
I hope everyone in SC is doing well and I can’t wait to be there for the weddin’
